Getting started
Managing flipbooks in the dashboard
Search, filter, duplicate, rename, delete, and download offline copies of your flipbooks.
All of your team's flipbooks live in Dashboard → Flipbooks. The top of the page shows how much of your plan's flipbook quota and storage you use.
Searching and filtering
- Type in Search to find flipbooks by title.
- Use the visibility filter (All, Public, Unlisted, Private) to narrow the list.
- The list loads in batches; click Load more at the bottom when you have many flipbooks.
The flipbook card menu
Click the three dots on a card to open its menu:
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the editor |
| Preview | Shows the flipbook as readers see it |
| Statistics | Readers and favorite pages |
| Share | Link, embed code, and QR code |
| Publish / Make private | Changes who can see it |
| Duplicate | Makes a full copy (settings, elements, table of contents) |
| Download offline | A ZIP file to read without internet |
| Rename | Changes the title |
| Delete | Moves the flipbook to the trash; its link stops working |
Storage and the trash
Open Dashboard → Storage (or click the Storage card above your flipbooks). It works like a drive: search by name, sort by size, name, or date, and tick several flipbooks at once.
- The Flipbooks tab lists active flipbooks; pick some and Move to trash or Delete permanently.
- The Media tab lists the pictures, audio and videos you uploaded, with how many flipbooks use each. You can upload new media here too.
- The Trash tab lists deleted flipbooks. They are kept for 30 days and still use storage. Click Restore to bring one back with the same link.
- Need space now? Delete permanently specific flipbooks or click Empty trash. The space is freed right away, but they can't be restored.
Duplicate
Duplicating is handy for a new edition with the same look, such as next month's catalog. The copy is private with a new link; its pages are copied in the background.
Offline copy
Download offline prepares a ZIP file. Extract it and open index.html in a browser: the flipbook works without internet, great for trade shows, presentations, or USB sticks. The download link is valid for 10 minutes.
Replacing the PDF without changing the link
Got a revision? Don't upload a new flipbook. Open the editor → Pages tab → Replace PDF. The link, settings, elements, and table of contents stay; readers keep seeing the old version until the new PDF is converted. See Table of contents & replacing the PDF.
