Readers & leads
Collecting leads with a form
Ask readers for their name, email, or WhatsApp number right inside the flipbook, then send it to Google Sheets or Mailchimp automatically.
A lead form turns readers into prospects. Great for catalogs, proposals, free e-books, or property brochures.
Setting up the form
Open the editor → Lead tab:
- Turn on Enable form, then fill in the Title and Description (for example "Fill in your details to see the price list").
- Choose the Fields to ask for: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, and message. Mark the Required ones.
- Set When it appears:
- At the start: before readers see the content.
- On a page: when readers open a given page, for example after page 3 so they get interested first.
- Turn on Skippable if readers may close the form with a "Skip" button.
- Click Save form.
A form on page 3–5 with "Skippable" on usually loses fewer readers than a required form at the start.
Seeing the results
Every submission is in Dashboard → Leads, with the time and the flipbook it came from. Click Export CSV to open them in Excel or Google Sheets.
Sending them automatically
In Dashboard → Integrations:
- Google Sheets: anflip creates an "anflip – Leads" spreadsheet in your Google Drive, fills in past leads, then adds each new lead as a row. anflip can only open the spreadsheet it created.
- Mailchimp: readers who enter an email join the audience you choose, tagged "anflip" and with the flipbook title. Turning on double opt-in is recommended.
- Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own system: use the
lead.createdwebhook. See the API documentation.
Lead forms and integrations are available on selected paid plans; see Pricing.
