Terms of service

Effective September 28, 2026. By creating an account or using anflip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

anflip turns PDF files into flipbooks that can be read and shared online, with features such as reader statistics, lead forms, and custom domains depending on the plan. The features and limits of each plan are listed on the pricing section and may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for all activity in your account and team, including by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 17 years old, or use anflip with the permission of a parent/guardian or your organization.
• You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Account.

3. Your content

• Content you upload (PDFs, images, audio, text) remains yours.
• So the service can work, you allow anflip to store, process (for example, render pages as images), and show that content to the people you allow, according to the flipbook's visibility settings. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use anflip for:

• content that breaks Indonesian law, including pornography, gambling, hate speech, or content that infringes others' copyrights and trademarks;
• fraud, phishing, malware, or harmful links;
• spam, or collecting reader data without a lawful basis;
• disrupting, overloading, or trying to break into anflip's systems or other users' accounts.

Readers can report a flipbook with the report button in the viewer. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice when the violation is serious.

5. Plans and payment

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Midtrans. anflip does not store your card details.
• Plans do not renew automatically. We send a reminder before a plan ends; if it is not renewed, the team returns to the Free plan. Flipbooks stay, but paid features stop.
• Upgrading mid-period uses the remaining value of the old plan as a discount. Downgrading is possible after the paid period ends.
• Completed payments are non-refundable, except for billing mistakes on our side or where the law requires it.

6. Availability

We work to keep anflip available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control may make it temporarily unavailable. Keep a copy of your original files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, anflip is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid anflip in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using anflip and delete your account at any time. We may end access for accounts that break these terms. If anflip shuts down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your content.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. We announce important changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Using anflip after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by mutual discussion; failing that, by the competent courts in Indonesia.
