Sharing & publishing
Sharing a flipbook
Links, embed codes for websites, QR codes, custom links, and previews on social media.
Choose who can see it
Set this in the editor → Privacy tab:
| Visibility | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Private | Your team only. The default for new flipbooks |
| Unlisted | Anyone with the link. Not shown on Google |
| Public | Anyone with the link, and findable on Google |
The Share button
Click Share on the flipbook card or in the editor:
- Link: copy it and send it over WhatsApp, email, or social media.
- Embed: an
<iframe>code to paste into a website (WordPress, Blogger, Wix, and others). Set the height to fit your page. - QR code: download it and print it on brochures, packaging, restaurant tables, or banners.
Custom link
Replace the random link with a memorable one, such as …/catalog-2026. Set it in Privacy → Link. The old link keeps pointing to the same flipbook, so older QR codes don't break. This is available on selected paid plans.
Previews on social media
In Privacy → SEO & link preview:
- Description: shown on Google and when the link is shared.
- Preview image: use the cover, another page, or your own image. It's resized to 1200×630, the right size for WhatsApp, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
Tips
- For a collection of flipbooks, share a single Bookshelf link.
- Want links on your own domain? See Team subdomain & your own domain.
